How can Shopping be Sustainable? Tips and Best Practices

How can shopping be sustainable? I will discuss 14 subdivisions in this article, but in the end, they all belong to one of three things: People, Profit, Planet.

How to recycle e-waste? As long as it is still in the cupboard drawer or a box, e-waste can do little harm. Although it is of course a pity that it is uselessly waiting for a destination.

The 8 Most Important Essential Oils Everyone Should Have

Search for “most important essential oils” or “must-have essential oils” and you’ll get several lists. Some oils are on all the lists, others are personal preferences. The list in this article is my personal preference, based on what oils help me best.

When I began to use essential oils I bought a starter kit because I didn’t know anything about the oils. I supposed a starter kit would have all the right essential oils. But in the end, there are just a few types of essential oils that I kept on using once a bottle was empty.

Never did it occur to me that I could have better educated myself first, and after that buy the bottles that were right for me. So it’s really good, I think, to not make my mistake and browse the internet first before buying anything.

Review of Nutriciously - How to Change Lifestyle Habits Sustainably

Does their information give you enough guidelines to know what you can do best?

10 Remarkable Health Benefits of Laughing and a Sense of Humor

The first time I heard about the health benefits of laughing was at a health seminar. The story went like this:

A man heard from his doctor that further treatment of his cancer was of no use and that his life prospects were about 3 months. He had a lot of money and no heirs, so he decided to spend his last days as pleasant as possible.

He took up residence in a penthouse of a hotel with full board and access to the Humor Channel and watched funny movies and stand up comedians all day long.

What are the Positive Effects of Deforestation or are the Negative Effects Worse?

What are the Positive Effects of Deforestation or are the Negative Effects Worse?

“What now remains is like the skeleton of a sick man, all the fat and soft earth having wasted away, and only the bare framework of the land being left… Moreover, it was enriched by the yearly rains…”

This could very well be a quotation from a present-day text. It is not. It’s a complaint from the Greek philosopher Plato about the slopes of Athens in Critias which he wrote in 360 BC. Deforestation has been taking place from the time when agriculture became more widely practiced 4,000 years ago.
